Summer Wrestling Program

“The will to win is worthless without the will to prepare to win.”

Starting on Monday, June 26th, at 1:00 PM in the Davis wrestling room, the Davis Coaching Staff will again have their Summer Wrestling Program. The program will consist of a structured weight-lifting schedule, an in-depth understanding of wrestling fundamentals, and the building of a cardiovascular base.

I realize the debate about what it takes to become a champion will always exist among coaches, but the following facts ring true: a wrestler who is physically and mentally stronger, faster on his feet, and more technically sound than his opponent becomes a champion. The only way to make gains on those who are better than you is to work when they are not.

If you are willing to dedicate yourself to becoming a State Champion, a varsity wrestler, or simply wanting to stay active during the summer, contact me, Coach Rotondo, at (509) 307-2399 or Coach Nickels at (509) 899-5072

Thank you for your time, and we look forward to helping you on your wrestling journey.

Sincerely,

Eric Rotondo
