DISCLAIMER: Davis High School web pages are created and maintained by
Davis High School students. The graphics include a number of original
D.H.S. student created images ... with the remaining images coming from
WEB clipart sites/pages that offer the images "free for non-commercial
personal use," from image contributions coming from other Internet
users, or from "royalty free" and/or "public domain"
image collections. The actual design, layout, construction and maintenance
of the Davis WEB pages is the responsibility of D.H.S. Davis High School
students.
As indicated above ... the images and graphics included in the Davis
web pages are, to the best of our knowledge, available for free NON-COMMERCIAL
PERSONAL USE. We do not claim, however, to possess copyright to the images
in the collection ... and, consequently, we are NOT in a position to grant
permission for their use. We would equally stress that we have no means
to genuinely verify and confirm that the images included in our gallery
have a copyright release by the original image creator (artist & copyright
holder). (Unfortunately, most images found on the Internet do not include
embedded copyright and license information within the digital file comprising
the image.)
If you want/plan to use images for commercial applications or in a business
environment, we would strongly advise you to hire a professional graphic
artist to provide the illustrations and images. The Internet is NOT a
particularly safe place for individuals to "grab free graphics or
free clipart" for commercial use and/or business applications.
If you discover an image file within our galleries for which
you are the copyright holder and you wish to have the file
deleted and removed from our server, please contact: our sports

Please include the FILENAME of the image as it occurs on the
page (see the paragraph below). The file will be promptly
removed.
