The actual design, layout, construction and maintenance of the Davis WEB pages is the responsibility of D.H.S. Davis High School students.

As indicated above ... the images and graphics included in the Davis web pages are, to the best of our knowledge, available for free NON-COMMERCIAL PERSONAL USE. We do not claim, however, to possess copyright to the images in the collection ... and, consequently, we are NOT in a position to grant permission for their use. We would equally stress that we have no means to genuinely verify and confirm that the images included in our gallery have a copyright release by the original image creator (artist & copyright holder). (Unfortunately, most images found on the Internet do not include embedded copyright and license information within the digital file comprising the image.)

If you want/plan to use images for commercial applications or in a business environment, we would strongly advise you to hire a professional graphic artist to provide the illustrations and images. The Internet is NOT a particularly safe place for individuals to "grab free graphics or free clipart" for commercial use and/or business applications.
