• Welcome to the Davis Library Website!

At A.C. Davis Library/Media Center, students search for information through a variety of media, using books or on-line resources.

In the three, on-line computer labs, students can be found during most school days composing papers, accessing subscription databases, the Internet or working on on-line credit retrieval programs. Projects created on media-center computers can be saved on Google accounts and/or printed free of charge.

In addition to the fine collection of non-fiction books, Davis Library/Media Center boosts one of the largest public-school paperback collections in the United States. Patons may also access, from home or school, subscription databases, including extensive collections of current and back-file periodicals; newspapers; encyclopedias and books in English or Spanish.

A.C. Davis Library/Media Center staff welcomes visitors at the end of the school day and will be more than happy to assist parents or community patrons with available services as time allows. The center is open to community members and Yakima Valley students from 1:35 PM to 5:00 PM on Mondays and from 2:35 PM to 6:00 PM, Tuesdays through Thursdays. Davis student tutors are also available, free of charge to Yakima Valley students.
