  • 3/6 Testing Issue (Update)

    We have received confirmation from OSPI and AIR regarding updates that resulted in testing issues with Dell 3150s running Windows 10. AIR is treating this as a high priority and plans to implement a code fix, this evening 3/6, which will resolve this issue.

    We are experiencing issues with testing after AIR updates on Friday. Currently the issue only appears to effect Dell 3150s running Windows 10. Switching to computers that are running Windows 7 seems to be the only workaround at current. We will keep you informed of any changes as they become available.

    As we are all aware, there are sophisticated criminals across the globe that prey on the "human element" of businesses employees to glean Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to steal identities, money and/or credit. These acts are very difficult to investigate, as the criminals use many methods to conceal their true identities and physical locations.
